Service Birmingham is Birmingham City Council's joint venture with Capita.
Formed in 2006, Service Birmingham now employs around 1100 people. The core business is providing world-class information and communications technology (ICT) systems.We also manage the council's customer contact centre dealing with over 2 million customer calls a year.
Since April 2011, Service Birmingham assumed management of the Revenues (council tax and business rates) operations for Birmingham City Council.
'Link2ICT', a division of Service Birmingham, provides ICT solutions for schools, Youth Centres, Libraries, Museums and Arts.
