Our mission: to work in partnership with Birmingham City Council to transform its public services

Service Birmingham is Birmingham City Council's joint venture with Capita.

Formed in 2006, Service Birmingham now employs around 1100 people.  The core business is providing world-class information and communications technology (ICT) systems.

We also manage the council's customer contact centre dealing with over 2 million customer calls a year.

Since April 2011, Service Birmingham assumed management of the Revenues (council tax and business rates) operations for Birmingham City Council.

'Link2ICT', a division of Service Birmingham, provides ICT solutions for schools, Youth Centres, Libraries, Museums and Arts.
